NOAIファイルとは？
A NOAI file is an empty file used by JetBrains IDEs, such as IntelliJ IDEA and JetBrains PyCharm, to disable JetBrains AI Assistant features for a project. It contains no settings, code, or other data. Instead, its presence in a project's root directory tells the JetBrains AI Assistant plugin not to use its AI features for that project.

Developers typically use NOAI files when a project should not use JetBrains AI Assistant, such as when it contains source code that should not be processed by AI services or when the project has a policy against using AI assistance. If you open a project in a supported JetBrains IDE that uses the JetBrains AI Assistant plugin and the IDE detects the NOAI file, the JetBrains AI Assistant is automatically disabled.
注: To disable JetBrains AI Assistant for a project, create an empty file named .noai in the project's root directory.
