LOVEファイルとは？
A LOVE file is a game package created by LÖVE, a free framework used to develop 2D games with the Lua programming language. It is saved in a compressed .ZIP format, storing a main.lua script and other assets (e.g., scripts, graphics, sounds, and fonts). When you open a LOVE file, the LÖVE engine runs the game.

LÖVE is an open-source game engine that runs 2D video games built with the Lua scripting language. Game developers can program 2D games with LÖVE and distribute them as LOVE files to Windows, macOS, Linux, or Android users. To play the game packaged in the LOVE file end-users only need to install the free LÖVE program on their computer.
To create a LOVE file, first create the main.lua file and other game resources, then compress them into a .ZIP file and rename the file extension from .zip to .love. Make sure the main.lua file is in the top-most directory level of the Zip archive.
LOVEファイルの開き方
You can open a LOVE file and run the game it contains with LÖVE (multiplatform) by double-clicking the file (you must have LÖVE installed on your computer). You can also play games packaged in LOVES on your Android device with LÖVE for Android.
You can extract the contents of the LOVE file with a Zip decompression tool to examine and modify them. Possible tools include File Explorer (bundled with Windows), Apple Archive Utility (bundled with macOS), and PeaZip (Windows and Linux).
注: You may need to change the .love extension to .zip for the decompression tool to recognize the file type.
