ICAファイルとは？
An ICA file is an Independent Computing Architecture (ICA) file used by Citrix application servers. It contains configuration information used to connect to a server-based application or desktop environment. Citrix users can create ICA files with the Citrix Quick Launch, ICA File Creator, or a text editor.

ICA files allow users to connect to remote virtual desktops, which contain one or more applications. This allows users to access the application(s) without installing them locally. Enterprise organizations use ICA files and Citrix clients to allow employees to access critical business applications from remote locations, and to standardize application distribution and access.

If you have a Citrix client installed, you can double-click an ICA file to open the remote virtual application or desktop environment that the file references. If you need a Citrix client, you can install Citrix Workspace - a free Citrix client available for PCs and mobile devices. (Citrix Workspace replaced Citrix Receiver.)
You can also open an ICA file in Microsoft Notepad (Windows), Apple TextEdit (Mac), or any other text editor, to view the configuration information the file contains.

An ICA file is an image saved in the Image Object Content Architecture (IOCA) format. It contains a bitmap image comprised of multiple segments. Each segment contains image data, as well as parameters that describe the image's characteristics.

IBM developed the Image Object Content Architecture format. It is a platform-independent format used to exchange image data. Each IOCA format file contains a description of itself and its contents, allowing programs to read and process the file without any additional information.
IOCA images are commonly saved as ICA files. These files contain one or more images, shown on one or more pages. The images may be compressed, and they may be monochrome, grayscale, or color. ICA files are mainly used for printing and archiving images.

You can open an ICA file in XnViewMP (multiplatform). To do so, select File → Open.... Then, navigate to and open your ICA file.

You can use XnViewMP to convert ICA files to many other image formats. To do so, open your ICA file and then select File → Export... or File → Save as....
