HSCファイルとは？
File created by Aspen HYSYS, a program used by the oil and gas industry for process improvement; saves a simulation diagram, behaviors, parameters, and other associated data; used in the process of studying and refining plant efficiency, pipeline flows, greenhouse gas emissions, and other related petrochemical engineering issues.

You can export HSC files to XML in HYSYS's Save As dialog. This helps with compatibility for different versions of the software.
