Language-specific XML file used by StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, a real-time strategy game; contains text labels for game units in a particular language; used for localizing the game when playing StarCraft II online through Blizzard's Battle.net service.

In Windows Vista and Windows 7, S2QL files can be found in subdirectories of the [user]\AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache\ directory.
In Mac OS X, they can be found in the subdirectories of this directory: [user]/Shared/Blizzard/Battle.net/Cache/
NOTA: Since S2QL files are saved in XML, you can view them with any text editor.
