CCSCC files are used in multi-user projects. In particular, they help handle the situation when a second user chooses the "Open from Source Control" option for a Virtual Project. CCSCC files need to be under ClearCase source control in order to enable this capability.
REMARQUE: CCSCC files were only used for integration with Visual Studio .NET prior to VS.NET 2005.
