- Open TI Connect CE.
- Connect your calculator to your computer (and make sure it appears in TI Connect CE).
- Drag your B84 file to TI Connect CE's Calculator Explorer.
TI Connect CE will then begin updating your calculator's OS and applications. Your calculator may reboot during the update process.
