An MWL file contains a print layout created by Aquaveo SMS and GMS, which are hydrogeology programs used to model surface-water and groundwater resources. MWL files are created and opened using the Layout Editor included with the Aquaveo SMS and GMS programs. You can export a print layout as an MWL file by selecting File → Export.... You can import an MWL file by selecting File → Import....
