What is an FRL file?
An FRL file is a form created by FormFlow, a now-discontinued program designed for creating and managing electronic forms. It contains information about a form in the Electronic Form Loader (FRL) format, including various fields and layouts for inputting and submitting data. FRL forms are typically used for tasks like surveys, applications, or other types of data collection.
More Information
JetForm introduced FormFlow in the early 1990s as a program for creating and managing electronic forms in the FRL file format. In 2001, JetForm rebranded as Accelio, and in 2002, Adobe Systems acquired Accelio.
Despite these changes, the FRL file format remained associated with FormFlow until Adobe officially discontinued FormFlow and the FRL format in 2004. Now, FRL files are obscure.
How to open an FRL file
You can open FRL files Accelio FormFlow in Windows. However, the program is discontinued.
