What is an ENP file?
Application preferences file used by older versions of EndNote citation management software; stores the settings specified in the Edit → Preferences... menu; can be used for transferring preferences between different EndNote installations.
ENP files are no longer used by recent EndNote software versions since preferences are now saved to the Windows registry instead.
NOTE: Clarivate EndNote was previously developed by Thomson Reuters.
