What is a BRX file?
A BRX file is a deprecated application resource file used by older BREW 3.x and 4.x mobile application development programs. It contains descriptions of assets used by the application. The BRX format was replaced by the newer .CAR format.
The Brew MP SDK replaced BREW as the latest development toolkit for the Brew mobile platform. The Brew MP SDK includes standalone programs as well as plug-ins for Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Adobe Flash.
NOTE: BRX files can be updated to the CAR format using the Brew MP SDK.
