What is an ANT file?
An ANT file is a tutorial created by Adobe Animate, an application for drawing and publishing interactive animations. It contains one or more recordings of a tutorial, including cursor movements, clicks, and card prompts. ANT files also store the .FLA animation on which the tutorial details, .ANA assets, and an .ANP preferences file.

You can create an ANT file with the "Hands-on Tutorial Creator" in Animate. You can access this creator by selecting Window → Extensions → Hands-on Tutorial Creator.
How to open an ANT file
You can open ANT files with Adobe Animate (multiplatform). To open an ANT file, select Help → Hands-on Tutorial → Import Tutorial.
