An OPZ file is a Zip package that contains a FlipViewer FlipBook. The package contains an .OPF file and the FlipBook's imported content. FlipViewer users package FlipBooks as OPZ files to make them easier to share.

FlipViewer FlipBooks are typically comprised of an OPF file, which lists and organizes the FlipBook's contents, and many content files. Optionally, users can instead save a FlipBook as a zipped OPZ file. Doing so compresses the FlipBook's contents into a single file, making it easier to share the FlipBook with other FlipViewer users.

You can open an OPZ file with E-Book Systems FlipViewer and Mac FlipViewer. You can also decompress an OPZ file with any Zip-decompression utility, to retrieve the constituent files it contains. (You may first have to change the file's extension to .zip.)
