Co je soubor BMV?

A BMV file is a video file used by the adventure games Discworld II: Missing Presumed...!? and Discworld Noir. It stores full-motion video sequences used for in-game cutscenes and other cinematic content. The format is now considered obsolete and is not widely supported by modern media players.

Teeny Weeny Games, later known as Perfect Entertainment, developed the BMV format as part of the Discworld series based on the novels by Terry Pratchett. Although the Discworld II and Discworld Noir games use the .bmv extension, their video formats differ slightly. For example, the BMV files in Discworld II do not contain a standard file header, while the files used in Discworld Noir do.
