How do I use a TTF file as a font?
To use a TTF file as a font, you must first install it on your system:
- In Windows, you install fonts by placing them in the C:/Windows/Fonts directory.
- In macOS, you install fonts by opening them in Apple Font Book and selecting the button.
- In iOS and Android, you can use third-party apps, such as iFont, to install fonts. (Note that while they share the same name, the iOS and Android versions of iFont are developed by different developers.)

You can open a TTF file in Microsoft Windows Font Viewer (Windows), Apple Font Book (Mac), or iFont (iOS, Android). Before opening a TTF file in Windows Font Viewer, you must place the file in the C:/Windows/Fonts directory. Otherwise, Windows will not recognize the file as a valid font file.
