[user]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\
Windows Mail names OEACCOUNT files as "account{ID}.oeaccount", where "ID" is a unique generated identifier for the user account.
注: Microsoft released Windows Mail in the 1990s and has since replaced it with the Outlook mail program.
