AVC is also commonly referred to as H.264 or MPEG-4 Part 10. BSF files are similar to other video files encoded using AVC, such as .H264 files.

You can open a BSF file with CyberLink PowerDVD or Nero. You may also be able to open BSF files with VideoLAN VLC media player (by selecting File → Open File.. from VLC's menu bar and then opening your BSF file).
