Videolabs VLC for Android is an open source multimedia player. The app is a port of the popular VLC media player.
VLC for Android supports a large amount of audio and video formats such as AAC, Ogg, FLAC, MKV, MP4, MOV, and AVI. It also includes support for network streams, subtitles, and DVD ISOs. The app provides a media library allowing you to directly browse folders. It comes with useful functionality including an equalizer, video filters, auto-rotation, aspect-ratio adjustments, and gestures to control brightness and volume.
The app provides a mobile version with much of the same VLC media player functionality users have come to enjoy on their Windows and OS X machines.
