Sticker Doodle is a sticker creation app available for iOS. It allows you to import a photo or hand-draw an image, add a border or background, and turn the resulting image into a sticker. Primarily, Sticker Doodle stickers are meant to be used with iMessage. However, the app also lets you export stickers for use with WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Discord.
If you want to share a Sticker Doodle sticker with another user, you can export the sticker as a STKDOODLZ file. To do so, press and hold on a sticker in Sticker Doodle, and then select Share. This will allow you to send the sticker to others as a STKDOODLZ file.
