If an email has an attachment(s), information about that attachment (such as the attachment's name) is saved in an OLK15MSGATTACH file. Outlook 15 stores OLK15MSGATTACH files in the following directory:
~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Main Profile/Data/Message Attachments
NOTA: Other Outlook 15 message data is saved in .OLK15MESSAGE and .OLK15MSGSOURCE files.
