The Widget Importer & Exporter allows you to import a WIE file into other sites or restore a widget to a site at a later time. Once installed in WordPress, the Widget Importer & Exporter is available under "Tools" in the Dashboard. Exported WIE files are commonly stored in the "XML" folder of your theme folder.
