A YNCP file is a user interface (UI) parameter used by the video game Sonic Unleashed. It contains binary data used to load one or more UI elements. YNCP files can be found in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Sonic Unleashed.

Sonic Unleashed is a 2008 video game in which Sonic battles against Doctor Eggman and Dark Gaia. Most notably, in Sonic Unleashed, Sonic transforms into a "werehog" at night, granting him special abilities.
The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Sonic Unleashed use YNCP files to store UI elements. For example, the file ui_install.yncp contains UI elements used during the game's install process.
