A SNETLVL file is a game level created using Super Mario Maker.NET (SMM.NET), an online Super Mario fan game. It contains HTML used to render a SMM.NET level. SNETLVL files are used to play SMM.NET and create .PNG images.

SMM.NET is a fan game created by Dominicentek, Batata Douce, Koop the Koopa, and LOLRyan2006. The game allows Super Mario lovers to create their own basic Super Mario-like levels and play them online. Level creators can also use SMM.NET's tool to save a PNG image of their level, to share with others or use as a desktop background.
SMM.NET levels are saved in SNETLVL files (using the level creator's button). Players use SNETLVL files to load their saved levels in SMM.NET and share those levels with other SMM.NET players.
