Wat is een SBM-bestand?
An SBM file is a mod file used by Space Engineers, a sandbox game used to engineer and construct spaceships to explore and survive space and planets. It is an archive that contains multiple files for modifying gameplay, such as a custom fighter cockpit, letters on a spaceship, increased speed capabilities, weapons, vehicles, signs in a spaceship, and a modified command console. SBM files are compressed with Zip compression.

You can modify an SBM file by extracting the contents in the file. Since the SBM file is simply a renamed .ZIP file, rename the ".sbm" extension to ".zip" and decompress it using a Zip decompression program, such as Corel WinZip, 7-Zip, WinRAR, or Apple Archive Utility.
