A MACT file is an action tree data file used by community-developed modding tools for Bully (released as Canis Canem Edit in some regions). After completing their modifications, they can convert MACT files back into CAT files for use in the game. This workflow allows modders to customize character behaviors, experiment with gameplay mechanics, and create new modifications.
