File created by Zoom, a text adventure machine; contains metadata about a game; includes game origination date, the generator (author), game name, headline, language, genre, identification (indicating the type of game, i.e., Z-code), description, and more information.

To create an IFICTION file, select File → Save Metadata..., name the file, choose the save location, and click Save.
To open an IFICTION file in Zoom, select Story → Story Information.
