XBPLATEファイルとは？
Document template created by Xiosis Scribe, a word processing application; saves the default page formatting and textual information for a document; used for generating multiple .XBDOC documents with a similar style.

To have document templates automatically appear in Xiosis Scribe's Desk view, place them in the following directory:
Windows Vista and Windows 7:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Xiosis\Scribe\Templates\
Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Xiosis\Scribe\Templates\
注: Templates cannot be created from existing XBDOC files. They must be created from a blank document. Start with a blank document, edit the template, and then click the Save button. In the "Save As..." dialog box, choose "Xiosis Scribe Template" from the drop down list.
