SCRESULTSファイルとは？
Data file saved by Spring Cleaning, a Smith Micro application used to optimize Mac OS X systems; stores the results of a system scan, which may include lists of application files, duplicate files, or other search data.

SCRESULTS files are used for caching search results so the user does not have to rerun the search. When results are loaded, they can be filtered by criteria such as filename, file size, and creation date.
To create a results file, perform a search in Spring Cleaning and then select File → Save As.... SC2RESULTS files can be saved with comments from the save dialog box.
