In 2013, REALbasic became Xojo. The legacy RSD file extension may still be used by some Xojo developers on SQLite files instead of .SQLITE.

You can open an RSD file with vgmstream (multiplatform), to play the audio the file contains. You can also open RSD files with Foobar2000 (Windows) and Nullsoft Winamp (Windows), after installing the vgmstream plug-in.
