A QR file is a video created by Quaver, a rhythm game available for Windows and macOS. It contains a replay of a player's Quaver gameplay. QR files can be played in Quaver.

Quaver is an open-source rhythm game in which players press buttons in time to music. After a player completes a Quaver level, they can watch a replay of their current or previous gameplay. Players can also export replays as QR files, to watch again later or share with others.
QR files are video files that can be played only in Quaver. However, some players have managed to convert their replays to .MP4 files, using tools like Convertio.com.
