A PMATRIX file saves a complete representation of a particular project and can be used as template, a backup file, or a way to share a project and all its contents and formatting.
PMATRIX files categorize priorities using the Eisenhower method. Users choose from one of four priorities for each task: Critical and Immediate, Critial but not Immediate, Not Critical but Immediate, and Uncategorized.
