Users typically do not open OLK14NOTE files directly, since Outlook automatically saves and manages them. They are saved to subdirectories of the following directory: [user]/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity/Data Records/Messages/.
注: Since OLK14NOTE files are saved in a proprietary format, they are best viewed in Outlook. However, even though they are saved using binary formatting, they also contain plain text fragments that can be viewed with a text editor.
