BATTLECARDファイルとは？
A BATTLECARD file is a game data file used by Plants vs. Bloons, a mod for Bloons Tower Defense Battles. It contains the settings for a custom Card Battles card. BATTLECARD files are plain text files that specify a card's tower upgrade tier, tower price, bloon quantity, bloon price, and other settings.

Ninja Kiwi Bloons Tower Defense Battles is a player-versus-player version of the popular Bloons Tower Defense games. Plants vs. Bloons is a Bloons Tower Defense Battles mod, created by Otheruser325. It allows players to replace Bloons Tower Defense's normal towers with towers inspired by the game Plants vs. Zombies.
Plants vs. Bloons also adds custom cards to Bloons Tower Defense Battles' Card Battles mode. In this mode, players build a deck of cards before starting a battle, which determines the bloons and towers to which they have access. The 15 custom cards Plants vs. Bloons contains are saved as BATTLECARD files, and stored in the BattleCardDefinitions directory.

You can open and edit a BATTLECARD file with Microsoft Visual Studio Code (multiplatform) or any other text or source code editor. Bloons Tower Defense Battles modders may want to open and edit BATTLECARD files with BTD Toolbox (Windows), a dedicated BTD modding application.
