AVJファイルとは？
File used by AntiVir antivirus software for Windows; saved in a plain text format and contains the configuration information for a scheduled job, which may be for an antivirus scan or a software update.

You can view and edit the list of AntiVir jobs in the software's user interface by selecting Administration → Scheduler. Each job shown in the resulting page is saved to an individual AVJ file following directory: ProgramData\Avira\Avira Desktop\JOBS\.
