Mario Kart Wii holds only one REL file, named StaticR.rel. This file contains gameplay logic and other data, and it is located in the /rel directory.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl's REL files are located in the game's Modules folder. Each REL stage file has an identifying string of code that looks as follows: 38 A5 00 00 38 80 00 ID. The ID is actually two digits that signify the specific stage.
