The Duck Corporation was a New York company that created a series of TrueMotion video codecs. These codecs were used primarily to produce full-motion videos for video games.
DUK files were produced using the TrueMotion S video codec, which is the first codec The Duck Corporation developed. The following games used videos encoded using the TrueMotion S codec (not all of which were DUK files, some were saved as .AVI or .MOV files):
