What is a TTRM file?
A TTRM file is a game replay created by TETR.IO, a Tetris variant available online and for PC. Specifically, a TTRM file contains a replay of a 1 v 1 multiplayer game. It also contains a record of the game's statistics.
TETR.IO allows players to play a variant of Tetris either solo or against an opponent. After finishing a multiplayer game, a player can select SAVE REPLAY to save a replay of that game. The replay is saved as a TTRM file.
Each TTRM file contains JSON-formatted plain text data. This data specifies the users who played the game, the game's seed, the game's settings, and the inputs made during the game.
How to open a TTRM file
To view the stats and replay a TTRM file contains, drag and drop the file into the PC or online version of TETR.IO. The stats the file contains will appear in TETR.IO, along with a REPLAY button that allows you to watch the replay the file describes.
If you want to view the JSON data a TTRM file contains, you can open it in Microsoft Visual Studio Code (multiplatform), GitHub Atom (multiplatform), or any other text editor.
