What is a TTE file?
Font file created by Private Character Editor, a program in Windows that allows users to make their own font characters; saves font information for a character set; can be used in conjunction with the Windows Character Map program to type custom characters.
When you create custom characters, Private Character editor saves both a ".tte" file and a ".euf" file. Both are used when re-editing the character set.
NOTE: The Private Character Editor program, eudcedit.exe, is located in the C:\Windows\System32\ directory.
