What is an SB.BRANCH file?
An SB.BRANCH file is a project created by Branch, a modified version of the Scratch application development platform. It contains all of the project information, which includes blocks of code that dictate the actions of objects. SB.BRANCH files also store imported media such as sprites, sounds, and images.
Scratch was developed by the Media Lab at MIT (the Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and is primarily used by teachers and students to create animations and games. Branch is a modified version of Scratch that includes features added by Scratch users, such as FanMarioPL, Zeusking19, Interest, djdolphin, and powerpoint56.
The SB.BRANCH file is the main file associated with Branch and is a variation of the .SB project file created by Scratch. Branch project files may be used to create stories, games, and animations.
