What is an RLI file?
Image file created by RealWorld Graphics software products such as RealWorld Icon Editor, RealWorld Cursor Editor, RealWorld Photos, or RealWorld Paint; supports mulitiple independent editing layers as well as both vector and raster graphics; can be saved as a standard .PNG, .JPG, or .GIF file; can also be used for making Windows icons and cursors.
