What is a POSB file?
A POSB file is a dive log created by Poseidon diving instruments. It contains information about a dive, which includes dive time and depth and battery life. POSB files are used to reconstruct dives and help divers improve their skills.
The Poseidon Se7en rebreather system creates the POSB file. When the system is powered up, it automatically creates the POSB file to store the dive information. It can store information for up to 20 hours of dive time.
You can pair the Se7en system via Bluetooth to a computer running Windows or macOS (Mac OS X), the POSB data log file is transferred from the system to the computer. You can then view and analyze the POSB files with the RbConfig program.
