What is an OCR file?
Script used by Subtitle Workshop, a movie subtitle editor; saves a list of find/replace value pairs that replace optical character recognition (OCR) errors with corrected text; used for making the subtitle text more accurate; can be used for multiple languages.
OCR scripts are written in a proprietary language that is similar to HTML. The scripts use regular expressions for text replacement.
NOTE: You can view the pre-installed Subtitle Workshop OCR scripts in the \URUSoft\Subtitle Workshop\OCR Scripts\ directory.
