What is a JSM file?
A JSS file is a save file created by an online simulator built on the Velesoft Simulator Engine, such as Japan Simulator and Train Simulator. It stores JavaScript and CSS information in a JSON-like structure that modifies game behavior or appearance. JSM files allow players to create custom modifications to Japan Simulator and Train Simulator.
More Information
Japan Simulator lets users interact with a Minecraft-like world inspired by Japan. Velesoft is developing Train Simulator but has not yet released it.
How to open a JSM file
You can open JSM files with Velesoft Japan Simulator. To open the JSM file with Japan Simulator, select Mod and choose the JSM file to upload.
Since the JSM file is stored in a JSON format, you can also view or edit it with a text editor, such as Microsoft Notepad or Apple TextEdit. However, modifying the JSS file's contents may cause errors if the structure is not preserved.
