What is a EUF file?
File created by Microsoft Private Character Editor, an accessory program included with Windows; saves a font character set, which contains custom glyphs, or characters bitmaps, edited by the user; can be used in conjunction with Microsoft's Character Map program to type custom characters in Windows.

When you create new characters in Private Character Editor, the program uses two files, one with the ".euf" extension and one with the ".tte" extension. Both are used when loading and editing the character set.
NOTE: Private Character Editor program, eudcedit.exe, is stored in the C:\Windows\System32\ directory.
