What is an ECX file?
Database file created with ECCO, a personal information management (PIM) program; may contain corrupted data that cannot be read by ECCO.
If ECCO notices a file has been corrupted, it may save it with a ".ecx" extension rather than the usual .ECO file extension. May be generated during the "Create Synchronized Copy" process.
