The COMPONENT file can be found in several different locations on your Mac. Common locations include the System → Library → Components folder and the Library → Components folder. Some other locations may be the "Library" folder on a shared network, the "Library" folder in different User accounts on the same Mac, and the "Library" folder within an application bundle.
