What is a CMR file?
A CMR file is a U.S. sectional chart map used by SeeYou, a tool used by glider, hang glider, and paraglider pilots to plan and analyze flights. It contains a satellite image of a U.S. region in latitude and longitude rectangular grids. CMR files are saved in a proprietary raster format that features high resolution at different zoom views.
