A BNS file may also be a compiled network script used by Rabbit Web Server. It contains instructions Rabbit executes when a user makes an associated web server request. BNS files are created by compiling .NET (Rabbit Network Script) files, using Rabbit's NetC utility.
More Information
Rabbit is a lightweight web server written in C. It was developed by Kevin Rossi, also known as kevidryon2, and is available for Linux.
Optionally, Rabbit users can create scripts (written using Rabbit-specific syntax) that control how the web server responds when a user makes a specific request. The source code versions of these scripts are saved as NET files, and the compiled versions are saved as BNS files. To compile a NET file to a BNS file, users use the NetC utility included with Rabbit.
How to open a BNS file
BNS files are not meant to be opened. To learn how to use a BNS file with Rabbit, refer to the program's documentation.
