What is an ALDF file?
An ALDF file is a genealogy file created by Aldfaer, a free Dutch program for Windows used to organize and view genealogy information. It contains a person's heritage including parents, marriages, siblings, children, notes, family events, and photos.
The ALDF file is used as a project by Aldfaer and is the main file used by the application. Aldfaer can also import and export data to and from the .GED GEDCOM genealogy data file.
