HINWEIS: To create an OFT file with Microsoft Outlook, first open and edit a new message, select File → Save As, click "Save as Type:" and select "Outlook Template (*.oft)."

You can open OFT files with Microsoft Outlook. To open an OFT file with Outlook, select the New Email dropdown arrow, and click More Items → Choose Form. Select the "Look In" dropdown menu and choose "Standard Templates" to open an OFT template packaged with Outlook. Or, select "User Templates in File System" to choose a custom OFT template you created.
